Printing the WLAN report
On models with a screen, it lives under Print Reports or Machine Information in the menu, listed as WLAN Report. On the smaller models with no screen, holding the Go button down for about ten seconds turns wireless on and prints a network configuration page with the same information. That printout is worth having before you change anything, because it tells you what the printer thinks is happening rather than what you assume is happening.
