Connected, but still won't print
Print the network configuration page and take the IP address from it, then type that address into a browser. If the printer's own web page loads, the two devices can see each other and the fault is in how the computer is addressing it, so remove the printer and add it back using that address. If the page doesn't load, they're on different networks. A guest network is the usual culprit, since those normally block devices from talking to each other by design.
