Instant Ink has stopped printing
Instant Ink cartridges are tied to an active subscription rather than to the printer, so they stop working when the subscription lapses, is cancelled, or when the printer loses its internet connection for long enough. Check the account status first, then check the printer is actually online, because a subscription printer that can't reach HP eventually refuses to print even with ink in it. If you've cancelled deliberately, the Instant Ink cartridges won't work again and you'll need standard retail ones.
